Growing Through Grief – Rock River Hospice & Home Support Group

This group meets on the 2nd Monday of every month at Rock River Hospice & Home from 5-6:30pm and is led by our compassionate Social Worker and Bereavement Coordinator.
Growing Through Grief provides a safe, supportive space for individuals coping with loss. Together, participants can:
